2 cups cooked gnocchi (I used whole wheat)
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 ears sweet corn
4 scallions/green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons brown butter
2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
4 fresh basil leaves, torn
