Pancit Bihon – Lola Kusinera


1 – 8 oz. bihon (rice vermicelli or rice noodles)
1/2 lb. pork shoulder, cut into thin strips
3 pieces chorizo bilbao (Chinese sausage), sliced thin
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced thin
2 cups of chopped cabbage
1 large carrot, sliced into small bite size
3 celery stick, sliced into strips
1 tsp. achuete (annato) powder diluted in 1 tbs. cooking oil
1 tbs. oyster sauce
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. sesame oil
3 tbs. cooking oil
1/2 tbs. ground black pepper
salt to taste
chopped green onion for garnishing
kalamansi or lemon or lime for garnishing
