Paneer Balti with Shrimp

Ingredients: 

12 cooked jumbo shrimp, shelled (or 8 oz regular shrimp)
6 oz paneer (or tofu), cubed
2 tbsp tomato paste
4 tbsp strained plain yogurt
1 ½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp ground coriander
½ c butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 fresh green chiles, chopped (use less if you want it more mild)
3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2/3 c light cream
