Pasta with Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, onions and bell pepper in white wine mustard sauce {vegetarian}

Ingredients: 

4 oz spaghetti or ramen
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp butter
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup shaved (thinly sliced) Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup sliced bell pepper, any color
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1-2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
