Ingredients: 

8 thin slices of prosciutto
1 Tbl Italian (or flat) parsley, chopped
1 lb leeks, white parts only, sliced
12 oz (= 3⁄4 lb) pasta
6 Tbls EVOO
4 ounces Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Salt and freshly ground pepper
