you do leave out the baking powder & salt when you use self rising flour.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup peanut butter (I used Jif extra crunchy)
1/2 cup milk (I used 2%)
2 tablespoons cooking oil (I used Canola)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnut pieces (could use any nut you like)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups hot water
