Penne with red sauce, radicchio, and walnuts

Ingredients: 

¾ pound penne
¼ cup olive oil
1 red onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1½ tablespoons finely chopped anchovies
Kosher salt and black
 pepper
1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 head radicchio, sliced (about 4 cups)
⅓ cup chopped parsley
Chopped toasted walnuts and shaved pecorino, for serving
