1-1/2 cups (375 mL) all-purpose flour
2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried Italian herb seasoning
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1/2 cup (125 mL) vegetable oil
1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded medium cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) diced sweet red pepper
r1/3 cup (75 mL) diced pepperoni

Toppings:
1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded medium cheddar cheese
36 slices mini pepperoni
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
