Pie Crust

2 C flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 C shortening
5-7 TBS cold water

  1. Mix Flour ans salt
  2. Cut in Shortening until it looks like corn meal
  3. Add cold water a little at a time until desired consistancy
  4. Makes two one-layer crusts or one two-layer crust.
  5. If making a pie shell back at 425 for 7-10 minutes.
