Pie - Pumpkin

Ingredients: 

1 cup sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t cloves
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups cooked mashed pumpkin
2 cups milk
2 T butter, melted

  1. Mix ingredients and pour into deep unbaked pie crust. Bake 10 minutes in hot oven. Lower fire and bake 45 minutes in moderately slow oven.
