Pineapple Fritters Pancake

Ingredients: 

250g plain flour
2 eggs
200ml milk
200ml soda water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon butter, melted
pineapple slices


All the ingredients (except pineapples) were mixed together thoroughly. Then immerse the pineapple slices in batter and lecture them on the hot pan with a bit of fat. Fry on both sides for a few minutes until the whole will appetizing golden.

Suggestions: The dough should be slightly more dense than traditional pancake batter, so if necessary, add more flour to it or less milk / water. You can use either canned pineapple, as well as fresh. After frying fritters reload once on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.
