Pipe Rigate with Duck Ragu


2 plates
2 duck legs – trim the fat a little
1 can tomatoes
1 small red onion finely diced
Full squirt of tomato puree
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 tbs dried oregano
100 grams Pipe Rigate pasta (or what ever you have kickin’ around the place)
Pinch of chili powder (optional)
1 tbs creme fraiche
