Pistachio Brittle

Ingredients: 

1 C sugar
1/4 C light corn syrup
1/4 C water
2 T butter
1/4 t BS
3/4 t salt
1/2 t vanilla
1 C pistachios


Line a baking sheet with parchment and spray with cooking spray.

Being sugar, corn syrup, water, and butter to a simmer. Stir often and cook until medium caramel color. About 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in BS, salt, vanilla, and pistachios.

Pour into baking sheet and cool completely
