Ingredients: 

1 8" Boboli thin pizza crust
EVOO
4 to 6 anchovy filets (canned)
6 to 8 Kalamata olives, pitted & quartered lengthwise
2 Tbl butter
1/2 Vidalia onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 c feta cheese, crumbled

We first enjoyed this pizza in El Picoteo, a tapas bar, in the Hotel El Convento in Viejo San Juan, Puerto Rico. (Anniversary trip, 2001.)
