Pizza Dough:
1 C warm water
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 T honey {or sugar}
2 tsp salt
2 T olive or canola oil
3 C bread flour {give or take 1/2 C, depending on heat & humidity}

Cheesy Garlic Bread Sticks:
1/2 recipe Fail-Proof Pizza Dough from above
2 T softened salted butter
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 C Parmesan
1/4 lb Mozzarella
{salt & pepper, if desired}
