4-pound rack of pork spare ribs or baby backs
1 cup pomegranate molasses barbecue sauce
For BBQ Sauce
1/2 sweet onion
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
1 15-ounce container of ketchup
1 cup pomegranate molasses
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
