Pomegranate spread

Ingredients: 

6 dates
1/4 c pecans
1/4 c pomegranate seeds
6 beets
1 apple
2 T. Black olive tapenade
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
2 T olive oil


Chop dates, add to balsamic vinegar and reduce. Peel and dice apple. Bake pecans at 350 for 10 minutes, then roughly chop. Mix all ingredients.
