Porkrind Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients: 

4 oz Pork Chop loins
1 egg, whisked
ground/crushed pork rinds
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 small calamansi
dash of pepper
2 tbsp water
oil for frying


  1. Marinate pork chops in fish sauce, calamansi and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Dip pork chop in egg and cover with crushed pork rinds
  3. Deep fry in oil.
