12 oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips
4 eggs room temp
Pinch salt
2 tsps orange liquor ( optional)
1 cup very hot coffee

Put chocolate chips, eggs and salt in blender.
Blend until well combined.
With blender running, slowly add very hot coffee.
Blend until well incorporated and chocolate is melted.
Pour into mason jars or small ramekins.
Chill in refrigerator and top with fresh whipped cream before serving..
