1/2 teaspoon canola oil
3 tablespoons minced shallots ADD TO SHOPPING LIST
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups defatted chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
3 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
