1. 400g Pumpkin peeled and cored cut in small cubes
2. 4 Garlic cloves peeled
3. 80ml Tahini paste
4. 30ml Lemon juice
5. 3g Salt
6. 1g Black pepper
7. 1g Turmeric powder
8. 20ml Olive oil
9. 20g Fresh Parsley Chopped
10. 40g Dukkah
