For the Crust:
1.5 cups macadamia flour or almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon grain free baking powder
1 large egg (or 1 chia egg for vegan option)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the filling:
15oz pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 large eggs (two flax eggs for vegan option)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 pinches of LOVE
