Ingredients: 

For the Crust:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbs granulated sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cold, cut into cubes
1 large egg
2 Tbs milk
1 large egg (for brushing the dough)
For the Filling:

3/4 cup pureed pumpkin
1 large egg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup granulated sugar
For the Maple Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
3 tsp maple syrup
2 Tbs milk
