Pumpkin Spice Steamer (Dairy/Soy Free)

Yep, it's that time of year again. Everyone is talking about them...Pumpkin Spice Lattes! I admit it... I too am one of those people who anticipates the yearly holiday drink offerings at my local Starbucks store. We're like kids waiting for Santa! However now- a-days with coffee, dairy, soy AND sugar on my 'naughty list', I must fend for myself and forge a new way to get my yearly holiday drink fix. So here it is, my Pumpkin Spice Steamer! I made this a little extra spicy. You may want to play with the amount of spices to find your perfect mix of spice and even sweetness.

Ingredients: 

2 1/4 cups coconut Milk (for extra creamy, replace 1/4 cup with full fat coconut milk)
6 Tbls fresh roasted pumpkin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 - 3 Tbls or more raw honey/agave

Optional: Add a 1 tea bag of your favorite black tea or red tea(steep while heating, about 4 min) for a great Pumpkin Chai Tea or add a shot of espresso or 1/4 cup of brewed coffee for a Pumpkin Spice Latte.
