Excellent for spaghetti, eggplant parmigiana, lasagna or pizza and it also freezes well.
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained

1/4 c. tomato paste
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
2 t. olive oil
2 T. sugar
2 T. dried parsley
2 t. dried basil
1 t. Italian seasoning
1 T. plus 1 t. onion powder
1 T. plus 1 t. garlic, minced
1/2 t. pepper
