Ingredients: 

Blood Orange Curd Ingredients

2 blood oranges, zest and juice
1/2 cup (100g) caster sugar
9 tablespoons (125g) butter, cut into cubes
3 eggs, beaten

Almond and Yogurt Cake Ingredients

3/4 cup (150g) Greek-style yogurt
1/2 cup (125ml) sunflower oil
1 cup (200g) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup (150g) self-raising flour (to make your own, 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder plus 1/2 teaspoon salt per cup of flour)
3/4 cup (100g) almonds, ground
1/2 cup (125ml) double cream or heavy whipping cream
powdered sugar, to dust
