1 1/2 cups water
2 thick slices of uncooked bacon, diced
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground pork
1 TBSP Hungarian paprika
1/2 TBSP unsalted butter
16 ounces sour cream
