For the base
1 cup pecans
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon pink himalayan salt
For the filling
1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 1 hour)
1/2 cup organic zucchini (peeled and cubed)
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
2 tablespoons organic coconut oil
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon pink himalayan salt
For the swirl topping
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
