Red Cabbage Vinegar Slaw


Love the stuff, super simple keeps well when it's vinegar based. Optional you can add one cup of raisins.


1/2 head red cabbage
2 carrots
1 red onion
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teasp celery seed or celery dried leaves
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper taste

Put sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together. Add shredded cabbage carrots and onion. Toss together and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors meld.
