Red Velvet Crinkles


3 cups all-purpose flour
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2¼ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1⅓ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup (1½ sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature, cubed
3 eggs, room temperature
1-2 tablespoons milk
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ounce red food coloring (generally this is about the size of 1 regular sized bottle)
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup milk chocolate chips
2 cups powdered sugar
