Ingredients: 

3 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
2 dentes de alho amassados
1 cebola picadinha
3 tomates sem pele e sem sementes picadinhos
2 tabletes de caldo de galinha (amassadinhos)
1 peito de frango grande cozido e temperado a gosto
1/2 copo de vinho branco seco
2 xícara (chá) de arroz arbóreo
1 litro de água quente
Sal e pimenta-do-reino
1 xícara de aspargos frescos, cozidos e picados
150g de queijo gruyere ralado
Salsinha picadinha
