Risotto Bianco (Butter and Parmesan)

Ingredients: 

3-4 cups of chicken stock
¼ cup of olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped (about ½ cup)
3 cloves garlic, smashed
1½ cups Carnaroli rice
¼ cup white wine
½ stick of cold butter, cut into small pieces
½ cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese
Heavy cream, whipped (you’ll only use a large spoonful, so save the rest for dessert)
Salt, to taste
