Roasted Almonds (or any nut of choice)

Ingredients: 

2 cups Nuts
Stevia/Splenda to taste
Cinnamon


  1. Spread Nuts out on a lined cookie sheet.  Coat well with cooking spray and top with sweetener and cinnamon.
  2. Bake at 450 for about minutes.
  3. Check halfway through and flip nuts over.
  4. Add more sweetener/cinnamon if you desire.
