Roasted Garlic & Leek Savory Bread Pudding


6 slices stale roasted garlic bread (or any whole wheat)
1 cup heavy cream (yup)
1/2 cup milk (full. 3%. whole...whatever you call it)
2 tablespoons roasted garlic puree
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
2 leeks, white part only, rinsed and sliced thin
1/2 brown onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
4 egg yolks
