Roasted Red Pepper Pesto with Walnuts and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients: 

6 – 8 red bell peppers
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup toasted walnuts
1 tablespoon chopped sundried tomatoes
1 cup fresh basil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
½ cup olive oil (or, more or less as desired)
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
