Ingredients: 

2-3 medium to large zucchini
1 fennel bulb
1 yellow onion
6 cloves garlic, peeled
3 TBS coconut oil or olive oil
4 cups stock (I used goose, chicken, turkey or vegetable is fine)
1/4 cup orange juice
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped fennel fronds
