Rosemary Sea Salt Crackers

Ingredients: 

Yields 4-6 dozen 1-1/2-inch round crackers

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
3 tablespoons butter, cold
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
Coarse sea salt and cracked pepper, for sprinkling
