1 kg gemischtes Hackfleisch
4 cm Ingwer, gerieben
1 rote Chilischote, entkernt und gehackt
1 Ei
1 Esslöffel Bratfett
2 Esslöffel rote Thai-Currypaste
500 ml Kokosmilch, Tetrapak
200 ml Wasser
1 Dose (227 g) Bambussprossen, Abtropfgewicht 140 g
150 Gramm grüne Bohnen, TK-Ware
einige Spritzer Fish Sauce
Salz und Pfeffer
1 Limette, Saft
1 Bund Thai-Basilikum
frisch gekochter Reis, oder Reisnudeln, zum Servieren
