Notes: 

Can refrigerate dough up to 3 days. When taking out, let sit for 30 minutes. Then, sprinkle a little bit of flour to cover and mix. When done, add few drops of oil to coat. Let sit for 10 minutes and then can roll out.

1.5 cups wheat flour (from Indian store - Golden Temple all purpose whole wheat flour)
1 cup whole wheat flour (Gold medal brand, while whole wheat flour)
Oil: 1.5 tbsp
Water: 1 cup (minus 1/2 tsp)
