Ruby Tuesday Veggie Burger


Removed from the menu around 2011, but still an awesome vegetarian burger


2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup water
1 cup chopped, fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 cup chopped fresh red peppers (optional
¼ cup canned corn*, drained (see note above)
1 cup dry short grain white rice
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
