Rustic Country Loaf

Excellent bread! Rises high and has a nice soft texture. I made this with my kitchenaid mixer since I have arthritis and my heavy kneading days are history. I also used water at 110F.

1 loaf


3 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/4 teaspoons sea salt
1 pinch sugar
1 1/3 cups water, warm about 120-130 degrees
