Salads: Mexican Macaroni Salad/

Ingredients: 

1 lb salad macaroni, cooked, drained, rinsed
2 ears Fresh Corn, Husks And Silks Removed
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed
1/2 C chopped black clives
6 whole roma tomatoes, chopped
3 whole green onions, sliced thin
1/2 red onion, finely diced
chopped cilantro (optional)
FOR THE DRESSING:
1 C salsa (spicy Is best!)
1 C sour cream
1/4 C mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
2 limes, juiced
