1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons flour
1 tsp EACH garlic powder, onion powder, salt, lemon pepper, paprika
1/2 tsp EACH salt, pepper

2 tablespoons Danish Creamery’s Spreadable Butter
3 tablespoons minced shallots
3-4 cloves garlic minced
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons lemon juice more or less to taste
3 tablespoons capers drained
1/4 teaspoon pepper
pinch of salt
1 bunch asparagus trimmed, halved
