Ingredients: 

Poached Salmon
1 cup dry white wine
4 cups water
1 lemon, sliced
2 bay leaves
10 to 12 peppercorns
2 large salmon fillets, each fillet about 6-7 ounces

Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Assembly
1 pound gemelli or any short pasta
3 cups green beans
2 tbsp. capers
2 to 3 green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
Zest of 1/2 lemon, to garnish
Dill sprigs, for garnish
