Sandwich Cake

21 - 4x3x3/4 inch slices of bread shopping list
softened butter
tuna Filling
deviled ham Filling
chicken Filling
2 ounce packages of softened cream cheese
1/4 cup of sour cream
radish roses
green onion fans
carrot curls
cherry tomato roses
1 can of tuna drained
1/4 cup of drained sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. finely chopped radish
1/4 tsp of celery seed
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 can deviled ham
1/4 cup of drained sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp of catsup
1/4 cup of minced celery
1 tbsp of mayonnaise
1 cup minced cooked chicken
1/4 cup of drained sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup of chopped pecans
1 tbsp of grated onion
14 tsp of curry powder
1/4 cup of mayonnaise

  • Trim crusts from bread.
  • Place three slices of bread side by side on serving platter, spread with butter.
  • Spread with half the tuna filling.
  • Spread another three slices with butter; place buttered sides down on tuna filling.
  • Spread tops of bread with butter and then cover with half the deviled ham filling.
  • Spread another three slices of bread with butter' place butter side down on ham filling.
  • Cover with half of the chicken filling.
  • Repeat with three more layers of bread and remaining fillings.
  • Butter last three slices of bread and place buttered sides down to form top of loaf.
  • Blend cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Frost sides and tops of sandwich cake with piping tubes.
  • Pipe on fluting.
  • Garnish with tomato roses, radish roses, carrot curls, green onion fans, or make roses and flowers with cream cheese mixture with cake decorating tubes.
  • Chill until serving time.
