Sautéed Chicken Breast Strips

Note: Chicken should be sautéed in tablespoons of olive oil, and not deep fried in cups of oil


Chicken Breast, cut into strips about 2" wide
1/2 Cup Flour
3-4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt & Pepper

  1. Place flour in a plate or bowl for dredging.  Add salt and pepper (just a tiny bit of pepper) to flour for seasoning
  2. Ensure chicken is in strips 1-2" wide.  Dredge chicken in flour
  3. Heat a large non stick pan over medium heat. Add 3-4 tolive oil. Once pan is hot, place chicken in pan.  Flip and move the chicken every 2-3 of minutes to ensure even cooking without burning.  Cook for about 8-10 minutes in total.
