Scrambled tofu

Ingredients: 

1 pk tofu
1 onion
1 tomato
3 green onions
Salt, pepper, turmeric


  1. Coat pan with butter
  2. Fry tofu 1st with seasoning
  3. Cook tofu until most of the water is gone.
  4. add veggies, cover and cook for about 3 mins
