Sesame Chicken Fingers

Ingredients: 

1 t light soy sauce
1 t Dijon mustard
4 t water
4 t turmeric
4 4-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts each sliced into 4 strips (or 1 lb. chicken breasts sliced into 16 strips)
4 T toasted black and white sesame seeds
Low-fat peanut sauce* (see below)
Low-Fat Peanut Sauce
1⁄4 c unsweetened peanut butter
2 T fresh lime juice
1 T low-sodium soy sauce
1⁄2 t grated lime zest
1⁄2 t minced garlic
1⁄2 t grated fresh gingerroot
1⁄2 t Thai chili paste
