Sesame Salmon Burgers with Dill Yogurt Sauce


Makes 2 burgers


1 (8 oz) salmon fillet, skinned and chopped
2 TBSP minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
1 TBSP finely grated fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic, divided
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, divided
1 TBSP soy sauce
2 TBSP sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 TBSP olive oil
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 TBSP finely chopped fresh dill
