Sheet Pan Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken


4 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
2 cups panko
2 cups parmesan cheese, shredded
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Pound baby potatoes, I used both red and gold potatoes, quartered
1 bunch asparagus, cut into 3rds
salt and pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil
